Trade effluent, which is essentially wastewater resulting from various industrial processes, undergoes a series of treatment stages to ensure environmental compliance.

The initial step involves passing the trade effluent through a screen chamber to remove floating materials. Subsequently, it flows into an oil and fat removal tank. From there, the effluent moves to the collection and equalization tank, where it is aerated using coarse air diffusers to facilitate mixing with air.

Anaerobic Treatment:
Following the collection and equalization tank, the effluent undergoes anaerobic filtration, significantly reducing its BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) level.

Aerobic Treatment:
Next, the effluent proceeds to the Airbio Reactor, where bacteria oxidize organic matter into carbon dioxide and water through aeration.
